Our hosted solution can get you up and running within minutes, as you don't need to install any software. The system runs in on a cloud platform in a secure data centre. Hosted accounts are billed on a monthly basis, and benefit from free regular upgrades to the system as we implement new features.

For companies with over 200 employees, we can arrange more cost-effective fixed fees on dedicated servers. Please contact us for a quote. Minimum Fees If no timesheets/expenses are submitted, you are not charged. If at least 1 timesheet/expense form is submitted, a minimum monthly fee of £7.50 + VAT applies. Additional Services: Expense Reporting: Add 20% to base fee (shown in table above) Client Invoicing (Recruitment accounts only): Add 20% to base fee (shown in table above) Expense Reporting & Client Invoicing: Add 30% to base fee (shown in table above) Text Messaging (SMS) services: Outbound messages are charged at 10p + VAT for the first 100 messages each month, and then 6p + VAT for any further messages.

Boxed version (runs on your own servers)

The boxed version of Timesheet Portal allows you to run our software on your own server. We recommend this option only for businesses who already have their own web servers or have the facilities to set one up to host our software. Timesheet Portal is Windows-based, and will require IIS 6 or greater to run.
